Leadership Workshops and Presentations

Leadership Workshops:

Highly interactive and engaging workshops, delivering either of the Leadership development programs, or a number of the specific topics for groups of more than 6.

These are group coaching sessions, where my facilitation will take the participants through the module topics in a very interactive and hands-on manner. Participants often declare they are very tired from working so hard through these workshops, as they consume information and are encouraged to think, and discuss, how to incorporate the concepts into their working environment.

Workshops of 1.5 hour, half-day or full day sessions.

Expect each topic to require a minimum of 1.5 hour sessions.

Individual workshop topics include: (1.5 hours per topic, or all 5 in a full day)

  1. Defining Leadership

  2. Self-confidence and judgement

  3. Control, power and power dynamics

  4. Standards, performance and accountability

  5. Perception and changing performance

Cluster topics:

Building a Psychologically safe work environment: One full day, 2 half-day sessions or 4 sequential 1.5 hour sessions.

  1. Understanding the disruptors: Change, VUCA, Risk and Failure

  2. Courageous spaces

  3. Trust

  4. Creating safe work spaces

The following cluster of topics can be delivered after participation in the Psychological safety cluster.

  1. Professional candor

  2. Professional feedback

  3. Productive disagreement
